We are on our way to Reno for the 2018 National Agility Championship (NAC.) Luckily, Jenny’s territory includes Wyoming, so it made for efficient potty breaks. Jenny would run into the hospitals in these remote Wyoming towns and while she was working, Marc would potty the 4 dogs! Rock Springs in particular has an awesome hill behind the hospital where the dogs got in a great leg stretch.
We made it to Park City with enough daylight left to try for a quick loop at our favorite dog park there — it’s right off the Olympic center and just awesome. The dogs were SO excited to get out and had a fantastic time. There was a mix of snow and melt, so it was a bit sloppy, but a small price to pay after they had been such good dogs for the ride. We are so very thankful our dogs are such great travelers!
After the run, we headed to our favorite Salt Lake City hotel, the Hotel Monaco! And in typical Hotel Monaco form they welcomed all 4 of our pups with open arms, a welcome sign, dog beds, and treats for dogs and humans laid out!
Tomorrow, Marc will be sleeping in a bit before catching his 11am flight to LA for a training, but Jenny will depart early to try and get to Reno before dark. Wish her luck on the solo road trip with all four pups!
