Can it really be? Is our little Baby Halo really a year old already?! A year ago, we were tuning into the “Kizmar Cam” to watch the puppies being whelped and start nursing. Kahlua, the orange collar puppy, was Jenny’s favorite from the start. She just seemed to have “it.” Our eye was always drawn to her, so you can imagine how ecstatic we were when Kathy Rust told us she was for our home.
In the last year Halo has integrated into our home and become reliable outside of her crate. She has started agility foundation training and has 8 points with a major completely owner handled. She has been exposed a few times to birds, but it really should be more…we will need to try and focus on that this fall!
She has grown into the most lovely young pup and has taken the roll as our sweetest dog in the house. She LOVES us, always wants to be near us, and still is absolutely a nut job doing her field or agility work…exactly what we hoped for!
We will never be able to thank Kathy and Sarah for letting us have this little girl; we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect addition!
