While Mom Jenny was down in Texas spa-ing and bachelorette-ing away the weekend, Marc was left to hold down the fort.
Jenny was a little worried leaving Marc “in charge” as he doesn’t tend to pay attention to things like, oh say, being on time, when she isn’t around to nag him 🙂 But Marc did great and hit the road by 7 on Saturday morning to head to the inaugural Arapahoe Kennel Club show. Karma headed in the ring, and our little princes won Reserve! So exciting that she is starting to show so much better right before Nationals!
Sunday was a repeat performance. Karma picked up her FIFTH Reserve win! Then Marc sent Indy home with Kelli Kujawa (Designer Vizslas) who will be transporting Indy to Nationals in Wisconsin! We are really excited as Marcia Folley (Classic Vizslas, bred Indy’s dad Barry) will be there and Jenny and Marc will finally get to meet her after many years of emails and Christmas cards! More importantly, Marcia will get to meet Indy, who she gushes about and is so proud of — Indy is Barry’s first and only Master Hunter! We are looking forward to meeting the other half of the family.
