Sadly, Karma is not doing well. She hates the ultra low fat food she is on, but we’ve seen some improvement in her diarrhea, so we are trying to stick with it. If you missed what we are dealing with, check out our blog post from a few weeks ago. She continues to lose weight because she is so put off by the food. Hopefully, something will give soon, and she’ll get back to her usual appetite. In all other aspects, she remains our amazing Karma, constantly wagging that tail.
Watching Karma decline and fighting to get food in her has been very difficult. Thankfully, Lindsay asked if we wanted to meet up for a run today at Westminster Hills. Since Marc could be home with Karma, Jenny loaded up Cheeky and took her to burn off some steam with her friends.
Watching Cheeky run, jump, zoom, chase, and hunt was good for the soul. There is something so carefree about watching a young dog play. We are thankful to Archer, Marmalade, and Lindsay for the much needed respite today.
