This Thanksgiving is a bittersweet one. Karma’s Daddy Tok has been acting a little off since our bird outing a few weeks ago. Turns out he may have some sort of cancer. Tad wanted to have the Tok kids over for Thanksgiving, but we had already made plans to spend the day with Marc’s first cousin in Colorado Springs. Karma, however, could make it.
So on our way down South, we stopped by Tad’s to drop off Karma and give Pat & Jacqueline a quick hug. It was great to see Zeke & Newt too. Tokaroo, of course, was smothered in kisses.
Our Thanksgiving with Marc’s family was great and getting the picture above cracked us up. Karma apparently worked the room and got fed a ton of turkey and then parked herself by the dessert table!
