Things are getting real around here! Our vet wanted us in for a progesterone test today, so we hustled down the hill in time to get a quick check, then drop everyone back at home before Jenny headed to the airport for a work trip. We did get a call that her hormone levels are moving, but not surging just yet. We will check again in a couple days!
But the real fun this weekend was being in Vail. This weekend was the GoPro Mountain Games which even includes dog sports! Of course, we started our day with a nice long hike before we headed into town to check out all the outdoor games. Karma’s nephew (out of Zeke) Sven and his owner Stephen Ray ran in the Rocky Dog Trail Run and finished in the Top 15! It was super fun catching up with them in the Village. Then we grabbed lunch and went to watch the doggy Dock Diving. That was super cool too. Seems like a sport Halo would be great at! We also checked out all the dog vendors too, and even made it home with some free swag 🙂
