Welcome home, Cles!

We have had a huge life change here at 5280 Vizslas…we now have 3 humans in the house!  Jenny’s baby sister (youngest of seven!) has come to live with us here in Denver!  She arrived yesterday evening and is already fitting in great.  The dogs adore her, and she has decided her favorite is Indy.  Good choice.  Calm, collected, and quite the snuggle bunny 🙂

Marc gets the boyfriend/brother-in-law of the year award.  He picked up a new bed for Cless over his lunch break on Friday, and then took her to get a new iPhone and bedding today while Jenny was down in Castle Rock doing agility with Karma.  Yes, he is that thoughtful and WONDERFUL.

Karma in the meantime had a good agility day.  Something weird happened in Standard.  Jenny left to do a lead out after taking Karma’s collar and leash off, while she was walking away, Karma did a pretty aggressive shake.  When she was done with her shake, she was facing a different direction, and no longer in line with the first obstacle — the tire.  She came around the tire and got a refusal, so that cost our Q.  BUT, we went back and Karma had a clean run, which was super cool, because it was a wicked hard course with a VERY low Q rate.

Jumpers was much better and Karma earned her 8th MXJ leg and 8 MACH points!  Woo-hoo — just need two more for that MXJ title!  However, we aren’t entered in agility again until February, so I guess it’ll have to wait.
