It’s been a busy January so far, but we were finally able to get up to Vail for a weekend together. This is truly Halo’s happy place and it is fast becoming Cheeky’s too. When we got up here on Friday, Halo ran into the bedroom and started rolling around on the bed. Swear she had a smile on her face.
We took the girls to the dog park each day to burn off some steam, and Cheeky was so excited to have other dogs to play with her! She would play bow and then start a game of chase, and just when the other dog was starting to catch her, she’d turn on her boosters and leave them in the dust. She thought it was great fun.
She made great use of her Chilly Dog coat we all burned off a lot of steam this weekend. The next few weeks will be busy, so we’ll hold on to these snowy memories until we can get back up!
