We had a very productive weekend!  We’ve been doing a little cleaning around the house; closet purging and furniture rearranging.  We also made some time for some volunteer work too!  Today Jenny ran agility with Karma, then met Marc on the South side of town to give him Karma.  From there she went and worked a shift at the Prescription Pet Program’s 27th Annual Dog Wash.  The wash benefits the program which we participate in at The Children’s Hospital Colorado.  As part of this therapy dog program, Indy and Karma get fecal tests and throat cultures every six months, and with around 80 dogs in the program, you can imagine that gets expensive!  The wash is a way the Program can give back to the Hospital and help with the expenses.

The wash was actually pretty fun — a ton of super cute dogs!  When all was said and done we shampooed, conditioned, and dryed 78 pups — pretty good for a days work 🙂

The other big news of the weekend is having Karma pick up 11 more MACH points!  This takes Karma to a total of 252 points — 1/3 of the way to the 750 needed for her MACH!  YAY.  If only there were more trials in Colorado during June and July…luckily we do have one at the end of the month 🙂
