Jenny’s favorite race of the year is the Dumb Friends League’s Furry Scurry. She and Schmav started going about 5 years ago with her girlfriend Nikki and her boy Rylee, a Golden Retriever.
Besides being a great fundraiser, the best part of the day is seeing how many people come out to support animals – we heard that there were 25,000 humans and dogs at Wash Park this year!
A few of our friends from the Vizsla Club of Colorado were planning on going, so we met up, marched the park, and then grabbed a yummy brunch together. It was Marc and Karma’s first Furry Scurry (Indy has gone with Jenny and Schmav before) and we hope we can all do it again next year!
